Attorney General Holder is contemplating opening an investigation into Bush-era policy on harsh interrogation techniques. This may cause a political problem for President Obama by dredging up disgusting and amoral practices that may very well inflame the world and send America into political warfare. So what? In this case right is right, wrong is wrong. If Obama leans on the Justice Department to bypass legal reckoning, he is signing onto those policies.
